1) Contact Our Dispatcher

* If our dispatcher is unavailable, a voicemail to email alert
will be sent to your account team and managers.

2) Email Us with Any Technical Concerns at support@ontech.com

* This option will simply create a service ticket and a technician will contact you
ASAP to schedule troubleshooting time based on the severity of your issue.

3) Contact Your Primary Consultant (Backup Consultant if Applicable)

Primary Consultant *Understand that our consultants are in server rooms, in front of clients, on vacation,
etc. This means that they may not always be available for immediate requests.

4) Log Into our Custom Portal

* Tickets will be sent directly to your consultant.
* Submit your own tickets. View ticket history and project timeline.
